Reddit Links

Save the full text of reddit submissions on sites where the links become inaccessible after a while. You can add pages if you login.

Here is a bookmarklet for going from a reddit page to the corresponding reddit-links page. Drag it to your toolbar now, navigate to here and click on it to see what happens. You can also move it out of the toolbar and create a custom keyword for it.

If you find a broken page that isn't saved here, add it! After you find the page elsewhere (archive.org, google's cache, ..) use the bookmarklet above, click on 'create it', and copy the text over. You might also consider putting a pointer in a comment on this page.

If you add a page without going through the bookmarklet, please create the URL from the parent reddit page by the following translation:

http://reddit.com/info/XXXX/comments

becomes

http://reddit-links.infogami.com/XXXX

This will ensure that the bookmarklet doesn't break.
